Fellas, are you insecure about the size of your penis? If so it’s perfectly fine, we all have our own insecurities. I am going to provide you guys with a tip that is safe and practice amongst a lot of men.

The good news is that you can elongate your penis manually through an exercise called “Jelqing” along with intaking HERBS. Jelqing is the repeated pulling of the penis in a gentle firm motion, by gripping the base of the shaft and pulling until you reach the very end.  This exercise should last 10-20 minutes, 4 to 5 times a week. This ancient technique allows your penis to increase in size and enables easier/fuller erections. Jelqing also allows cell duplication increasing the growth of cells due to an external stimulus.
